For the dock setup: any Bluetooth keyboard works wirelessly. For USB, plug into the dock's USB-A ports. Keychron with Mac layout is the best mechanical option.

The MacBook Neo's built-in trackpad is excellent. You only need an external mouse/trackpad for desk mode with the lid closed.

The MacBook Neo has a decent built-in camera when the lid is open. You need an external webcam only for clamshell (lid closed) mode.

Any USB-C charger 30W+ charges the MacBook Neo. You don't need Apple-branded chargers. At the desk, the dock handles charging.
