Wi-Fi & Bluetooth

ProblemFix
Can't connectTurn Wi-Fi off and on. System Settings > Wi-Fi.
Slow speedsMove closer to your router. Check for interference from microwaves, Bluetooth devices.
Keeps disconnectingForget the network (System Settings > Wi-Fi > click (i) next to network > Forget), then reconnect.
No networks visibleRestart your Mac. If still nothing, restart your router.

Advanced Wi-Fi Fix

  1. Open Terminal
  2. Run: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder (flushes DNS cache)
  3. Restart your Mac

Bluetooth Issues

ProblemFix
Device won't pairTurn Bluetooth off and on. Remove the device and re-pair.
Audio cutting outCheck battery level on Bluetooth device. Move closer to Mac.
Mouse/keyboard lagRemove other Bluetooth devices temporarily to test interference.
Bluetooth unavailableRestart your Mac. If persists, reset Bluetooth module: hold Shift + Opt and click the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar > Debug > Reset the Bluetooth module.
